I've put the seperate pieces up already but this was what I was hoping to end up with. Based on that pictue of Five and the Master where Peter Davison is totally failing to look stern and moody.

Ten and the new head of the Torchwood Instute - the Master. I actually have money on the Master returning as the head of Torchwood/the Time Agency, it's my pet crack theory :D.

Everyone wants him back. And no-one's ever written any fanfic/drawn fanart on it much to my disappointment *pouts*. They'll run out of rubber-suited monsters eventually though then they'll *have to* bring him back ;).
